  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add sugar; mix well. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour; mix well.
  • Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Roll into 15x12-inch rectangle. Cut into 20 (3-inch) squares. Press 1 square onto bottom and up side of each of 20 mini muffin pan cups. Fill with chocolate mixture, adding about 1 Tbsp. to each.
  • Bake 15 to 20 min. or until pastry is golden brown. Cool in muffin pan 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

How to Thaw Puff Pastry Sheet

Let frozen puff pastry sheet stand at room temperature, covered, for about 30 min. to thaw.
