  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Beat first 10 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
  • Pour into 9-inch springform pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean (cake will have slight indentation in centre). Cool 1 hour. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; remove rim. Dust with cocoa powder.

Substitute

For a non-alcoholic version, prepare using 1 cup brewed strong Maxwell House Coffee instead of the stout.
