  • Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk egg, oil and 1 cup milk in separate bowl until blended. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until blended.
  • Heat large nonstick skillet or griddle on medium-high heat. Ladle batter into plastic squeeze bottle. Working in batches, squeeze batter in swirling motion into skillet to make 4-inch pancakes; cook 1 to 2 min. or until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.
  • Mix cream cheese product and remaining milk until blended. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Serve over pancakes.

Special Extra

Serve topped with quartered strawberries.

Add 1 tsp. ground cinnamon to pancake batter before cooking as directed.


If you don't have a squeeze bottle, you can instead use a clean empty ketchup bottle to add the pancake batter to the hot skillet.
