  • Add dressing, zucchini and shallots to skillet; cook 4 to 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Stir in tomatoes; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Return chicken to skillet; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through. Top with cheese.
