Substitute 4 cups of your favourite frozen mixed vegetable blend for the broccoli, carrots and mushrooms.
Cut 1/2 lb. (225 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts into thin strips. Add to hot oil along with the garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until chicken is done. Add vegetables; continue as directed.
Garnish with basil leaves.
