Cover baking sheet with foil before using as directed.
Store any leftover breadsticks in airtight container in refrigerator. When ready to serve, place on baking sheet. Bake in 350°F oven 5 min. or just until warmed.
For appetizer pieces, cut each breadstick into quarters; spread with cream cheese mixture, then twist slightly. Place on baking sheet and bake as directed.
