I don't usually cook and I really cant cook roasts, let alone prime rib, but this turned out fantastic and my husband loved it!! Will definitely make this again!
this was the best prime rib roast ive had, i was a bit concerned at first as , all i could smell was garlic , but it turned out super tender and juicy, hubby loved it
