  • Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water in large covered saucepan 15 to 20 min. or until potatoes are tender; drain. Return to saucepan.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mash until smooth.

Serving Suggestion

Add contrast to the potatoes by serving them with a crisp mixed green salad or vegetable, and a serving of cooked lean fish, meat or poultry.


For added colour and texture, prepare with unpeeled red-skinned new potatoes.
