  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pork in shallow foil-lined baking pan. Mix 1 Tbsp. of the barbecue sauce, garlic and seasonings until well blended; rub evenly over pork.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until pork is cooked through (160°F).
  • Cut pork into slices. Serve with remaining barbecue sauce for dipping.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot baked sweet potatoes and steamed fresh broccoli.

Creative Leftovers

Store any leftover cooked pork in airtight container in refrigerator. Serve in toasted split sandwich rolls topped with chopped romaine lettuce.
