  • Cook and stir shrimp, garlic and parsley in oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Cool to room temperature.
  • Mix mayonnaise with lemon zest.
  • Top crackers with mayonnaise mixture, cucumbers and shrimp.


Substitute a small piece of romaine or curly endive for each cucumber slice.
