  • Place steak in shallow dish. Spread both sides of steak with garlic; press firmly into steak.
  • Pour barbecue sauce over steak; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat barbecue to medium heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak 5 to 7 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F).

Use Your Broiler

Steak can be cooked under the broiler instead of on the barbecue.

Serving Suggestion

Add sliced parboiled potatoes to barbecue along with steak for the last 5 to 10 min. of the steak cooking time. Cook until potatoes are tender, turning occasionally.
