  • Heat 2 Tbsp. of the dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 sec.
  • Stir in shrimp; cook 4 to 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring constantly. Add remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing; toss to evenly coat shrimp.
  • Transfer shrimp to serving plate; sprinkle with parsley. Serve with the lemon wedges.

Special Extra

Liven up the recipe by adding 1 tsp. chopped fresh jalapeno peppers along with the garlic.
