  • Add cauliflower to saucepan of boiling water; cook 4 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Drain well.
  • Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers, onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Add cauliflower to vegetable mixture in skillet; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in parsley; sprinkle with cheese.
