I made these for a healthier snack for my son's Cub Halloween Party. I made about 2 dozen and they were a hit but they were time-consuming. I bought the cinnamon apple flavoured cream cheese and toasted the almonds a bit. They were VERY cool looking and there were none left but you definitely need a bit of time to get them just right. I would definitely make them again.
i didn't use the almonds and just gave it as a dip for the kids, they ate it all.
I made this for my niece and nephews. They loved it, and so did their Aunt!
