  • Cook and stir beef in oil, in large non-stick frying pan, on high heat for 2 minutes. Stir in onion and ginger; cook and stir an additional minute.
  • Add beef broth; bring to a boil.
  • Stir in broccoli, carrots, oranges and rice; cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir and serve.
