  • Bring 2 cups water and ginger to boil in saucepan; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
  • Pour through strainer into 2-L heatproof plastic or glass pitcher.
  • Add drink mix and remaining water; stir until mix is dissolved. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Serve over ice.

Special Extra

Garnish each serving with fresh mint leaves.
