Substitute snow peas for the sugar snap peas. Sometimes called sugar peas, they are sweet tender pods will plump, fully developed rounded peas inside.
Cook sesame seed in skillet on medium-low heat 2 to 4 min. or until lightly browned.
For extra flavour, add 1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot to the cooked snow peas with the dressing mixture.
Here's a tasty way to eat your vegetables. And as a bonus, the snow peas provide an excellent source of vitamin C.
