  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Combine first 5 ingredients.
  • Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions; cook 8 to 10 min. or until vegetables are lightly browned and mushrooms release their liquid, stirring occasionally.
  • Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce mixture for later use. Stir remaining barbecue sauce mixture into vegetable mixture in skillet; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  • Sprinkle meat with pepper; grill 6 to 8 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF), brushing with reserved barbecue sauce mixture for the last few minutes.
  • Serve meat with vegetable mixture.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a side green salad tossed with chopped tomatoes and your favourite Kraft or Renée's Vinaigrette.
