  • Mix graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom of parchment-lined 13x9-inch dish.
  • Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar in medium bowl with mixer until well blended. Whisk in Cool Whip; spread over crust. Top with berries.
  • Add boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice; stir until melted. Pour over berries. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.

    Next time I would double up on the fresh berries and the Jelly powder if I use a 13 x 9 pan again. The berries were hardly covered with only 1 pkg jelly.

    The recipe suggests a 13 x 9 pan, I think this is an error and should be a smaller pan. There were not enough ingredients to spread properly. I would make this again, either using an 8 x 8 pan or doubling the recipe.
