  • Cook gnocchi as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, mix cream cheese and pesto in medium bowl until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms; cook and stir 3 min. or until onions are softened. Add cream cheese mixture; mix well.
  • Drain gnocchi. Add to cream cheese sauce in skillet; stir gently to evenly coat gnocchi. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring constantly. Serve topped with Parmesan and tomatoes.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a tossed green salad.
