Here's a chicken breast sandwich inspired by a Greek take-out favourite. Thanks to a filling of grilled chicken, crisp lettuce, onions and feta cheese, these stuffed pita sandwiches are hearty and delicious.

  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Grill chicken 14 min. or until done (170ºF), turning after 7 min. and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce. Slice chicken.
  • Fill pita halves with chicken, lettuce and onions; top with cheese.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a colourful tossed green salad. For each salad, start with 1 cup torn salad greens. Add 2 Tbsp. each sliced black olives; Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper; chopped cucumbers; and chopped tomatoes; toss lightly. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. Kraft Greek with Feta and Oregano Dressing.
