Make It

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare stuffing as directed on package. Combine Miracle Whip and mustard in small bowl; set aside.

  • Arrange chops in 13x9-inch baking dish; brush with half of the mustard mixture. Turn chops over; brush with remaining mustard mixture. Top chops with stuffing; cover dish with foil. Bake 10 min.

  • Meanwhile, place beans on large sheet of foil; drizzle with Italian dressing. Fold foil over and seal edges to form packet. Uncover chops; place bean packet in oven. Bake an additional 20 min. or until chops are cooked through (160°F) and beans are heated through. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.

Loved this recipe! I used honey mustard as one rater suggested as my kids aren't thrilled with Dijon. I only used a half a package of stove top and found that was enough for 4 large pork chops!

I thought this was awesome, I used honey mustard but no beans, then with the left over pork chops , i cut them up and put them in rice also was very yummy!!!!!!!!!

I used yellow mustard as I didn't have any dijon, tasted great. The pork chops were really tender. I used fresh green beans and added the water as suggested, they weren't quite done enough for me, a little longer cooking time next try. All in all, very good meal.

Yummy! This was so great since it had so few ingredients and tasted excellent! The pork was tender, and the flavour was good. Even my toddler loved it! We did have to cook the vegetables longer than the 20 minutes requested in the recipe though. All in all a quick, tasty, easy meal that we all loved.

I actually didn't cook the stove top, I just put it on top of the chops dry with a bit of non-hydrogenated margarine on top and it was awesome!!!!

For a beginner like me, it was easy and delicious... my boyfriend loves it :) the pork is extremely moist. The veggie was not great, so I made potato to complete the meal. This is definitly a do over!

My husband was never one to eat pork. However, when I had prepared this recipe, I did not have any dijon mustard on hand. I had substituted the Miracle Whip dressing and dijon mustard with Kraft Honey Dijon salad dressing. My husband enjoyed it so much that he actually requests pork for dinner. It has become a regular on the dinner menu in our household.

Quick and easy enough for everyday but tasty enough for Sunday dinner. I added baked potatoes to complete the meal. Everyone loved it. I will definitely make this again!
