Prepare using Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese.

I have made this recipe a couple of times. I added garlic,a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. It's fast and easy to make. The family liked it and I would make it again. I served it with a salad.
I didn't make this recipe yet, but have made empanadas in the past. Only I made them small like perogy size. Also, they were more authentic, with raisins and slivered almond and garlic. I know, raisins? some people aren't fans of them, but they are good in empanadas actually. :)
