You can increase or decrease the ingredient measures depending on how many guests you are serving. Plan on buying about 25 g of cheese and 20 g of meat per guest.
The cheese and meats can be cut ahead of time. Wrap cheese and meats separately in plastic wrap, then place in resealable plastic bags. Refrigerate up to 3 days. Arrange on cheese board with the remaining ingredients just before serving.
