  • Place potatoes and onions on clean kitchen towel; roll up. Squeeze towel tightly to remove excess moisture; place vegetables in large bowl. Add cheese and flour; mix lightly.
  • Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 40 min. or until golden brown.

Serving Suggestion

Serve topped with sour cream and sliced green onions.
