Go Greek! Dress up your burgers with the addition of cucumbers, tomatoes and feta tossed with our flavourful Greek dressing. All served in toasted split pitas.

  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Reserve 2 Tbsp. dressing for later use. Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), brushing with remaining dressing for the last 5 min. and toasting pitas on the barbecue for the last minute.
  • Toss cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese with reserved dressing.
  • Place burgers on 4 pita halves; top with cucumber mixture. Cover with remaining pita halves.

Special Extra

Add 2 Tbsp. each chopped pitted Kalamata olives and red onions to the cucumber mixture before using as directed.


Prepare using extra-lean ground chicken, increasing the grilling time if necessary until burgers are done (165ºF).
