Delicious, but hard to eat! I would either crumble the pita to just add to a salad style dish, or not bake the pita so it would still be soft and be able to be wrapped around the salad. But all around will make again.
This was awesome! Great way to serve up a Greek salad. We substituted the ground chicken with ground turkey and added some black olives too. Everyone loved it - we will definately make this again!
Excellent! I used the whole pocketless pitas and it was delicious. My whole family loved it.
