  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add seafood; cook 3 to 4 min. or until done, stirring frequently. Stir in 1/4 cup dressing; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly.
  • Toss seafood mixture with all remaining ingredients except cheese in large bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Stir in cheese just before serving.

Substitute

Substitute 1 lb. uncooked deveined peeled small or medium shrimp for the seafood medley. Cook shrimp in hot oil until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently. Continue as directed.
