  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Sprinkle feta onto bottom of pie crust; top with spinach and onions.
  • Mix cream cheese product and eggs until blended; pour over ingredients in crust.
  • Bake 28 to 30 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean and edge of crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.

Make Ahead

This flavourful quiche can be baked ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 4 hours. When ready to serve, cover loosely with foil then reheat in 350ºF oven 10 to 15 min. or just until warmed.

Special Extra

Garnish with fresh arugula or baby greens before serving.
