  • Cook bacon in medium skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove from skillet; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 Tbsp. drippings from skillet.
  • Add shallots to drippings in skillet; cook 6 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, add beans to pan of boiling water; cook 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Drain.
  • Crumble bacon. Toss beans with dressing in large bowl; place on platter. Top with bacon, shallots, nuts and cheese.


Prepare using fresh asparagus.

Special Extra

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
