  • Mix peanut butter and vinaigrette until blended. Reserve half the peanut butter mixture for later use. Toss shrimp with remaining peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate 15 min.
  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat. Thread shrimp onto 8 skewers.
  • Grill 4 to 6 min. or until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved peanut butter mixture.


If using wooden skewers, soak them in water 30 min. before using to help prevent them from burning on the barbecue.

Special Extra

Sprinkle grilled shrimp with 2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts. Serve with lime wedges to squeeze over the shrimp.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked rice, or a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Renée's Vinaigrette.
