  • Mix thyme and 1/4 cup dressing until blended. Pour over meat in shallow dish; stir to evenly coat meat with dressing mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, stirring after 15 min.
  • Heat barbecue to medium heat. Drain meat; discard marinade. Thread meat and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers.
  • Grill 10 to 12 min. or until meat is done, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining dressing.

Make it Easy

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 min. before using to prevent them from burning on the barbecue.


Partially cook potatoes in the microwave before threading onto skewers so they are done at the same time as the meat.

Special Extra

Garnish with fresh rosemary and additional fresh thyme before serving.
