  • Cook nuts, sugar and 1-1/2 tsp. dressing in small skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min. or until sugar is melted and nuts are evenly glazed, stirring frequently. Cool completely.
  • Toss salad greens with cucumbers, onions and cranberries in large bowl. Add remaining dressing; mix lightly.
  • Top with chicken and nuts.


Substitute 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries for the dried cranberries.
