  • Mix dressing, ketchup and 2 Tbsp. parsley until blended. Pour half the dressing mixture over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of drumsticks. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat greased barbecue for indirect grilling: Light one side of barbecue, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat barbecue to 350ºF.
  • Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on grate over unlit area; cover. Grill 25 min. or until done (165ºF), turning occasionally and brushing with remaining dressing mixture for the last 10 min.
  • Transfer chicken to platter; sprinkle with remaining parsley.

Food Facts

When grilling over indirect heat, the food is not cooked directly over the heat source. Be sure to keep the barbecue lid closed so heat doesn't escape and your barbecue will act like an oven. Use this grilling method for foods that require at least 25 min. grilling time or for foods that easily dry out, such as roasts, whole chickens, thick steaks, ribs or delicate fish fillets.

The chicken can be marinated up to 24 hours before grilling as directed.
