  • Mix dressing, garlic and rosemary until blended. Pour over chicken in shallow dish; stir to evenly coat chicken. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.
  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Thread chicken onto 8 skewers.
  • Grill 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hummus or hot cooked couscous.

Note

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water before using to prevent them from burning on the barbecue. Also for extra support, you can use 2 wooden skewers for each chicken skewer.

Note

For added convenience, this tasty chicken can be marinated up to 24 hours before grilling as directed.
