  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Reserve 2 Tbsp. dressing. Thread chicken onto 8 skewers alternately with zucchini. Grill 10 to 15 min. or until chicken is done, turning and brushing with remaining dressing for the last 5 min.
  • Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients with reserved dressing in small saucepan; bring to boil. Cook 2 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
  • Serve chicken with the coconut-curry sauce.

Use Your Broiler

Assemble skewers as directed, place on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 10 to 15 min. or until chicken is done, turning after 7 min. and brushing with remaining dressing for the last 5 min.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a side of hot cooked quinoa or couscous.
