  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Rub chicken with seasoning; grill 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Cool completely.

Charcoal vs Gas Barbecue

For a charcoal barbecue, grill chicken on rack of uncovered barbecue directly over medium coals 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). For a gas barbecue, heat barbecue to medium heat. Place chicken on barbecue rack over heat. Cover and grill as directed above.
