  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Brush chicken with oil. Grill 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (170ºF); cool slightly.
  • Cut chicken into strips; place in medium bowl. Add cheese, tomatoes, dressing and chili powder; mix lightly. Spoon down centres of tortillas. Fold in opposite sides of tortillas, then roll up burrito style.
  • Place, seam sides down, on barbecue grate. Grill 4 to 5 min. on each side or until evenly browned.


Speed up the prep by replacing the grilled chicken with 120 g sliced deli chicken or turkey.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with sour cream for dipping.

    These were really good. I added yellow peppers to the mix. Even my picky two year old ate them! I served with freshed cut veggies, made a great summer dinner.

    wouldn't recommend using 2 tsp of chili powder would at least cut it in half
