  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine sugar and dry seasonings; rub evenly onto both sides of ribs. Place in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray; cover with foil.
  • Bake 1 hour 45 min. or until ribs are tender.
  • Heat barbecue to medium heat. Squeeze juice from 1 lime; mix with barbecue sauce and Sriracha sauce until blended.
  • Transfer ribs from pan to barbecue grate. Grill 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce mixture.
  • Place ribs on platter; sprinkle with cilantro. Cut remaining limes into wedges; serve with the ribs.

Cooking Know-How

Ribs have a thin "silver skin" membrane on the bone side that should be removed before cooking. This allows the seasonings to best flavour the meat.

Use Your Grill

The easiest way to keep your barbecue clean is to scrub the grates with a wire brush immediately after using it. This will also help to keep the food from sticking to the grate the next time you use your barbecue.
