  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Use skewer or tip of sharp knife to poke holes in large sheet of heavy-duty foil; spray with cooking spray. Place fish, skin side down, on foil.
  • Mix barbecue sauce, lemon zest, juice, butter and half the chives until blended. Reserve half the barbecue sauce mixture; brush remaining barbecue sauce mixture onto fish.
  • Grill 14 to 16 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with reserved barbecue sauce mixture for the last 5 min.
  • Transfer fish (with foil) to cutting board; sprinkle with remaining chives. Cut fish into 6 portions. Use thin metal spatula to remove fish, 1 portion at a time, from foil, leaving skin on foil.

For a change of pace, this delicious salmon can also be grilled on a cedar plank. Soak untreated plank in water 2 hours. Heat barbecue as directed. Place plank on barbecue grate; grill 5 to 10 min. or until plank begins to smoke. Top with fish and continue as directed. For best results, use a skinless salmon fillet.

Prepare using Diana Sauce Gourmet Honey Dijon BBQ Sauce.

Special Extra

Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the grilled salmon.
