For a change of pace, this delicious salmon can also be grilled on a cedar plank. Soak untreated plank in water 2 hours. Heat barbecue as directed. Place plank on barbecue grate; grill 5 to 10 min. or until plank begins to smoke. Top with fish and continue as directed. For best results, use a skinless salmon fillet.
Prepare using Diana Sauce Gourmet Honey Dijon BBQ Sauce.
Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the grilled salmon.
