  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Cook potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 10 min., adding remaining vegetables to boiling water for the last 3 min. Drain vegetables in colander. Immediately rinse with cold water; drain again.
  • Pat vegetables dry; place in large bowl. Whisk remaining ingredients until blended. Add to vegetable mixture; toss until evenly coated.
  • Grill vegetables 7 to 10 min. or until tender and evenly grill marked, turning and brushing occasionally with any marinade mixture remaining in bowl. Spoon onto platter.


Substitute fingerling potatoes for the new potatoes. If potatoes are large, cut them in half before cooking as directed.
