  • Toss eggplant with dressing. Grill 10 min., turning after 5 min.
  • Place in single layer in 13x9-inch disposable foil pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with tomatoes and cheese. Cover with foil; grill 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Top with basil.
