  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Add 1/4 cup dressing; mix lightly.
  • Place romaine and radicchio, cut sides up, on barbecue grate. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Grill 5 min. Remove romaine from barbecue. Turn radicchio over; grill 3 min. Remove from barbecue.
  • Chop romaine and radicchio. Add to chickpea mixture; mix lightly.
  • Top with chips just before serving.

Variation

Grill the romaine and radicchio in your grill pan on top of the stove instead of on the outdoor barbecue.

Substitute

Prepare using Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing.
