  • Bring first 6 ingredients to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently; cool.
  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Season meat with pepper. Stir half the mint into prepared sauce. Reserve half the sauce for later use; brush remaining onto meat.
  • Grill meat 7 to 8 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Remove from barbecue; brush with reserved sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mint.
  • Let stand 5 min. before cutting between the ribs to serve.


Substitute fresh rosemary for the mint.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with grilled asparagus and sliced red onions.
