  • Heat grill pan sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
  • Sprinkle pepper evenly onto both sides of chops; rub gently into chops.
  • Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until chops are done (160ºF). Remove chops from pan. Let stand 5 min.
  • Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
  • Serve chops over tomato mixture.

Note

If you don't have a grill pan, you can instead cook these chops in a large skillet.

Serve with a glass of milk and a hot steamed fresh green vegetable, such as broccoli.
