  • Pour 1/3 cup dressing over meat in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat meat with dressing. Refrigerate 3 hours to marinate.
  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Season meat with pepper. Grill 8 to 10 min. on each side or until done (160ºF).
  • Toss salad greens with cucumbers, olives and remaining dressing in large bowl; top with meat.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with 1/3 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper before serving.

Mix 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint with the 1/3 cup dressing before using to marinate the meat as directed.

Variation

Prepare using beef medallions and adjusting the grilling time if necessary until meat is done.
