  • Prepare Grilled Lobster Tails; cool.
  • Remove and discard lobster shells. Coarsely chop lobster meat; place in medium bowl. Add celery and lemon juice; mix lightly.
  • Use serrated knife to make lengthwise cut into top of each bun, being careful to not cut through to bottom of bun.
  • Fill buns with lettuce and lobster mixture.

Make Ahead

The lobster mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before using as directed.

Special Extra

Add 1 Tbsp. capers to lobster mixture before spooning into buns as directed.
