  • Preheat grill pan on medium heat; grease with margarine. Spread bread with peanut butter. Top 2 of the bread slices with bananas; cover with remaining bread slices.
  • Beat remaining ingredients with whisk in shallow dish until blended. Dip both sides of sandwiches in egg mixture. Grill 1 to 2 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides, placing heavy skillet on top of sandwiches as they cook. Cut in half.

Instead of using the grill pan, cook sandwiches in panini maker 1 to 2 min. or until golden brown on both sides.
