  • Just follow our 3 simple steps
  • Boil 7 cups water and 1 Tbsp. salt. Slowly add 1 1/2 cups Cornmeal, whisking constantly. Reduce heat to low, cook 20 - 25 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
  • Spread hot polenta onto a greased baking sheet. Cool until completely set.
  • Turn polenta onto a cutting board and cut into diamond shapes. Grill for 2 minutes on a hot grill. Turn over and top with a thin slice Kraft Brie, grill until cheese starts to melt. Top with thinly sliced red pepper or fresh basil leaves and serve.
