To parboil the potatoes on the stove top instead of in the microwave, place potatoes in Dutch oven or large saucepan. Add enough water to cover potatoes. Bring to boil on high heat; simmer on medium-low heat 14 to 16 min. or until potatoes are crisp-tender. Drain, then continue as directed.
Add some fresh chopped dill in addition to the parsley.
